For our Engineering Location Iasi we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Powertrain Electronics and Drivetrain department.

We help make vehicles more reliable, more powerful, and cleaner by creating innovative product and system solutions for gasoline engines with direct injection and diesel engines, such as common rail direct injection and unit injector systems.
We were the first supplier to develop a marketable piezo injection system for diesel engines, offering major benefits in terms of precision and efficiency. This groundbreaking technology is now being applied to gasoline engines, and we are once again up with the frontrunners.
We deliver control unit solutions consisting of hardware and software for engines and all contemporary types of transmissions. Automatic or continuously variable, dual clutch, transfer case, or differential drive: whatever the application, we offer control solutions to cover every requirement.

Job Description
The Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) represents the “greenest,” most economically, feasible option of personal transportation currently available on the market. It combines an internal combustion engine and an electric motor, providing high fuel economy, improved driveability and reduced emissions. In HEV team you will be involved in defining the future of this technology by developing the SW which controls the combustion engine and the electric motor.
As a Software Developer in one of our SW groups, you:
- develop embedded software in interdisciplinary project teams at international level;
- follow company standards appliable in all SW development phases (requirements, specifications, code, tests, validations).
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Job Requirements Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Control or Computer Engineering
- programming skills in ANSI C
- real time systems knowledge (operating systems, tasks)
- experience with SW and HW tools (compilers, emulators, oscilloscopes etc)
- good English skills (writing, reading and speaking)
Would be a plus:
- basic knowledge of electronics and microcontrollers
- basic knowledge of control theory or electrical engineering or electrical machine theory
