For our Engineering Location Timisoara we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Information Organization department.
As part of the Information Organization department, we provide technical support for world wide tools used in the R&D area during the product lifecycle. We are focused on using latest tools on the market in order to offer the best solutions in the field and providing the best support for the end user.
As a multinational, world wide company, our complex research and development processes require high performing tools. That's why we are looking for dynamic and motivated people to support our employees in using efficiently these tools.
Job Description
As a System Administrator you have to provide end user support and administrate various applications used in R&D area during the product lifecycle. You will act as part of world-wide operations & services team.
The opportunity will enable you to use and expand your existing skills by sharing the knowledge with your colleagues. You have to be self motivated and dedicated, and have a good command of the English language.
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial integration phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
Job Requirements Description
- University level background
- Good communication skills, customer focus
- Well organized person, tenacious, attentive to details, methodic, rigorous
- Experience in customer support activities
- Good English command
- Basic German language knowledge preferred
- Previous Knowledge about Software R&D tools administration is an advantage (Doors, Telelogic Synergy, PVCS)
